Take a full week to submerse yourself in the vibrant beauty of Costa Rica. Our week together will be filled with mindful movement and meditation, heart-opening ceremonies, mind-expanding workshops and the space and time to relax and tune deeply into yourself.
Your home for the week, Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort, is surrounded by the lush jungle and just a quick stroll to world-class beaches, where you can take in the sunrises and sunsets and soak up the grounding, healing energy the ocean provides.
During your week at Ocean Glow, you'll learn to harness the power of your chakras and glow from within!
Our meditation and movement practices, workshops, tools, ceremonies and activities will be based around Chakra Theory.
The Chakras are powerful energy centers within the body and effect the body on a physical, mental, emotional and energetic level.
When we are balanced and flowing on an energetic level, it expands to all areas of our lives!
By tuning into these energy centers, we can understand ourselves on a deeper level. By unlocking the magic and wisdom that they hold, we can connect to ourselves and move about our lives more intentionally and powerfully.
We will focus on the 7 main Chakras during Ocean Glow; the Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown.

Payment Plans
Payment plans available when registering before January 30th. Plans available with a $500 non-refundable deposit!
After January 30th: Pay in Full only.
An email with your payment plan details will be sent within 24 hours of registration.
Cancellations
The $500 deposit (whether placed as a separate deposit or as part of a pay-in-full payment) is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled. In the event that you would need to cancel, a refund (minus the deposit) will be issued for up to 90 days before the start of the retreat (December 29, 2022). If cancellation occurs within 90 days (January 1st, 2023 or after), no refund will be available.

GETTING THERE
You will fly into the Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR) airport.
Bodhi Tree is about 2.5 hours from LIR.
The cost of air and ground transportation are not included in the cost of the retreat.
We can help you arrange shuttle rides through the resort
($150 one way for 1-4 people; $40 per person for 5 or more).
There are many other local services that offer rides to and from Nosara as well.
Check-in is no later than 5:30pm on April 1st. Check-out is at 11am on April 8th.
