Join us for 6 days of relaxation and healing in Guatemala, on Lake Atitlan! Lake Atitlan is one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. Created by a volcano over 84,000 years ago, the waters are sacred to the people of Guatemala.
The Yoga Forest, your magical sanctuary for a week, is tucked into the trees high up on the hillside and has beautiful sweeping views of the lake and surrounding volcanoes.
This will be a
week spent exploring the beauty and magic of this special place.
Tacy will be guiding you through thoughtful morning yoga classes to help you reconnect with the wisdom of your body, as well as intentional meditations to allow you tune back into your own divine guidance. She will also be facilitating a group breathwork session and hosting evening Yoga Nidras to help you deeply relax and release.
Rachel will be teaching about optimizing your feminine cycle through nutrition, exercise and healthy daily habits throughout the fluctuating phases of your cycle. She will also be leading you through thoughtful intention setting for the new year during our New Moon Rituals and facilitating group Reiki Energy Healing.
Together they will create a safe and supportive container for you to release what no longer serves you and to make space for what you desire to flow in.
